Wireless Fast Charge pad not fast anymore

I have had a charge pad for a while now and always would kick up fast charge. Recently my phone says its not compatible and will only charge at standard speed. Using stock cable and plug. Phone is Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Worked fine before on this phone, now not... Any ideas?

  Hi Jeremy,

  Thank you for your comment and sorry for the inconvenience.

  I'm sorry to advise that Samsung models will only be able to receive standard charge (and not fast charge) as a result of Samsung's recent charging restrictions with their Android 10 firmware update, which prevents wireless chargers from providing fast charge to any charger that's not made by  them, unless they have certified it to do so.

  Thank you for the update. I have read that they made that change and it is not in fact the device's issue. I have always loved iOttie products. I now have several wireless chargers that are not fast charging anymore due to their change.
