Recently purchased at Best Buy. When I connect either the lighter or another source the light on the unit turns blue first for second or two and then turns yellow and does not charge my phone. What do you suggest

  Hi David,

  Thank you for your comment and sorry for the inconvenience with your mount. It sounds like there may be an issue with the sweet spot connection due to the location of the charging coil. 

  Ensure that the bottom feet (on the Mount Cradle) are pulled down, because when the feet are extended the phone sits lower and closer to the charging coil/sweet spot.
