Let me start with I love my Iottie 4. Recently my phone started sliding off as I was going down the road . I have determined that the side pieces on the side that slide up to the phone are worn, Can I purchase new side pieces? I purchase this unit June of 2020 I liked it so much that I even bought my wife one. can parts be purchased and what options do I have?

  Same thing happening here. One of my side pieces just fell off also. Loved the cradle before this.
