    Hello, is have the same issue. I just attached my phone at iOttie wireless charger and the left hand side of the holder brokes. What should I do? I thought that buying a recognized brand I could avoid this kind of issues.

    The company was awesome about it. I just contacted them through the warranty repair and they replaced my unit
