    I've had the same issue.  I replaced the dashboard mount, but the gel on the suction cup won't keep the phone in place for more than a few minutes.  Only got about 6 months of use out of it so far.

    Same as Jim - I had to move the mount and it isn't sticky enough anymore.  I bought more dash mount plates but the sticky part on the bottom of the suction cup of the iOttie Easy One Touch 3 just isn't sticky enough to do the job anymore.  Hoping I can get a replacement suction cup with sticky so I don't have to buy a whole new unit again.

    good luck -- I haven't had any luck getting iOttie to respond to comments or other inquiries.  guess these comments aren't monitored and that customer issues are not addressed.
