I am having the same thing happening.  I purchased the dash phone mount 4-5 months ago and the other day the whole thing dropped off of my dashboard.   I have been unable to get it to re-adhere.  Hoping IOttie will advise us.  Carol

If you’re talking about the permanent adhesive pad I believe you can purchase those separately. The suction cup on its own is unlikely to mount on a dashboard

I was definitely using the adhesive pad and yes, I noticed them on amazon for sale.  iottie are kindly sending me another one though, given that this one was new.  They did indicate that they are working on "new dashboard pads that work better on textured and curved surfaces, as well as being more heat resistant"  My surface is textured and curved so hopefully this will work better.

    Cheers.

I recently purchased the dash Iottie. The sticky gel adhesive will not stick to dash. How do I purchase one and where? I have looked everywhere

I just purchased a new Easy One touch mini and the sticky pad does not stick to my textured dash. This is very disappointing. How can you help me?

My dash is smooth and flat and after a few weeks like 3 it fell off I believe that iottie should do better. Ralph McClure
