I Dottie won’t stay mounted on suction cup

I love my iottie,but. Installed in my 16 Mazda CX-5. The holder won’t stay attached to the pad on my dash. The dash mounted pad stays in place but the suction cup does not. I have cleaned both with water to no avail. Now what..?

  Hi!

  Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

  Have you tried washing the suction cup with warm water (no soap) while massaging the cup to get all the dirt out and then letting it air dry? That brings the suction cup back to mint condition.
