Using Siri when iPhone is in the iOttie Easy One Touch Alexa Handsfree Holder

Hello, folks.  I purchased my iOttie handsfree holder on Amazon Prime Day.  It's working fine as a link to my Alexa account, as intended.  But, I do use an iPhone 7 plus and not everything is voice-controllable via Alexa.  Some things still need Siri.  I am finding that even with my phone plugged in to power in my car, and once the phone is placed into the iOttie holder, Siri no longer responds.  Is the iOttie device exclusively taking over the phone's microphone such that one cannot wake Siri using the "Hey, Siri" command any longer?  If so, has anyone figured out a workaround?  Thanks.  JCR

  Unfortunately Siri cannot be used at the same time as the Connect.  This is something we hope to address in the future!  Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with!
