Wireless car charger pauses

purchased a wireless car charger thru amazon in December of 2018. It was working fine till recently. It charges for a quick second and then it pauses. Then it will charge again for a min or 2 and then pause again. I tried all the troubleshooting with my phone and nothing works. ( i have a galaxy note 9) I use a wireless charger at home and it works just fine so this leads me to believe that something is wrong with the i ottie car charger.

  I too have this issues. But sometimes my phone wouldn't charge until i release it from the mount and reinsert it.
