yesterday buy this iottie itap magnetic Qi wireless fast charger mount  , but iets blinking red i have a iPhone x?

can sombody help me??

  Thank you for contacting us. Sorry for the inconveniences you are experiencing. 

  There could be different reasons.

  1. FOD Effect (Foreign object detection) which is the metal place is too close to the charger which disrupts the charging. So, please try to put metal plate more toward the bottom of your phone. 

  2. Defected unit. Please try to fix #1 above and if that doesn't work we will give you a replacement.

  By doing one of these three you can simply get a replacement :)
