iOttie Dashboard Holder Keeps falling.

So... I've bought this iOttie Dashboard 4 Mount yesterday. After leaving u Target I installed it on my dashboard. The telescopic Arm that holds the phone comes out of the ball it revolves on. There's no way it can take my phones weight. Although my phone is not that heavy. If you have any idea, let me know how to keep the arm rested on the mounts ball.

  I have the same problem like everyone else. The iottie dashboard it only holds my phone for a few minutes there after the whole thing comes loose. I've rinsed the sticky glue with Luke warm water to bring it back to live but I've had no luck . Please help
