dashboard pad doesn't stick

Hi, 

I bought a brand new Iottie iTap Magnetic 2 dashboard from national distributor and my dashboard pad didn't stick well from the start. Even when i mount only iottie without phone, the pad will not stay firmly. if i try to put my phone on, it drops immediately. 

What can I do?
