I love in a hot zone, so the dashboard disc has been damaged by the heat. I need to replace it.

  Dear Chakravarthy,

  Thank you for your comment, and sorry for the inconvenience with your mount.

  The charging coil is placed slightly higher in the iPhone 12 Pro Max, so it's likely that it's not making the sweet spot connection.

  Ensure that the mount cradle feet are pulled down, because when the feet are extended the phone sits lower and closer to the charging coil/sweet spot. Please also try with and without a case to see if this makes a difference.
