New Universal Mount

I have the iOttie Active Edge Go Bike Phone Holder Bar Mount || Universal Smartphone mount.  I want to use it with a different phone, but I can't find the mount that sticks to the back of the phone case.  Where can I get one?

  I have the same issue, can you sell us the Universal Adapter that stick to the phone separately?
