Can I turn Alexa off?
Alexa can be muted with the Mute button on the back of the device. When Alexa is muted the device is not listening.

Alexa needs an internet connection to be used. The device will use your phone’s date or use any wireless connection that is available. Message & data rates may apply.

Alexa offers a wide range of skills, including but not limited to: Playing music from your device, providing directions, calling contacts, and ordering products from your Amazon account.

How many phones/accounts can be used on one device?
Only one phone and Alexa account can be connected at a time.

Does the device need to be plugged in to use it?
Yes, there is an micro-USB cable that can be plugged into your car’s charger.

Can I just have Alexa on my phone? Why would I need a mount with Built-in Alexa?
Due to regulation, cell phones cannot have their microphone enabled at all times. This means you will not be able to control Alexa with a wake word through the phone alone.

Will it also be available in other mounting options (Air Vent or CD)?
At the moment, the Easy One Touch Connect is only available is a Dash and Windshield Mount.
